Copyrighting is one of those skills which I never knew it was a proper skill. I really think it’s easy when it comes to copyrighting.  The way I explain copywriting, is basically, copying someone else’s work, but changing everything so it sounds and has your own touch to it.  It’s a very simple process. Just switch words around, use the dictionary you know, and not use words you don’t even know.  Make it personal, make it seem as if its you writing it. Everyone’s writing style is different.   That will set you out from the rest.  It seems like there’s a lot of work to master it can also be  time-consuming. I know this from personal experience. Importance of Building A List

Please don’t think that just because your website or blog is getting a lot of visitors you shouldn’t even bother building your list.  Don’t do that.  Don’t think that way please.  That’s exactly what I thought.  I was missing out on big things if you ask me.

Look no matter how much traffic you have, even if it’s one visitor, it’s never too early to start building your list. You never know when that one person who would buy absolutely everything you promote might come along, so it’s a good idea to get up a squeeze page or a landing page with some type of lead magnet and start trying to build on your subscribers even today!

Let’s say you decide to wait until you are getting 1,000 unique visitors per day to start building your list. And let’s say it takes you a full year, 365 days, to reach that point. And let’s say you got an average of 100 visitors each day before that point. And let’s say that your squeeze page would have converted 10% of those people to subscribers.

10% of 100 visitors per day (10) x 365 days = 3,650 subscribers

The average subscriber is worth $1 per month.  That’s $3,650 per month worth of income you could be missing out on.  I think you can see the bigger picture.   Okay, so let’s say you have built a list of several hundred (or thousand) people. Now what?

Every day you wait is potentially several subscribers you lose forever. Those people may never cross your path online again.

They’ll hit that “unsubscribe” link, and you’ll probably never hear from them again.  That’s fine, its ok, we know they woudn’t buy.  But…you still lost a potential customer who signed up to you , however still lost them because of maybe your email.  I know i lost a lot of subscribers, and i’ve learnt my mistakes.  I’m better now.  However, its still a hard process and that’s where you need help with if you are starting off new.
