Have you noticed on the news how many devastating occurrences there are lately? Today is unfortunately one such a day, 13 years ago. It is so easy to get angry , sad, and wonder where this world is headed to, however it is also as easy to be aware of the positives life has to offer.
Why is it that many of us spend so much energy on what is wrong instead of what is going well for us, or the world? Looks , It’s one thing to recognize the positive, but yet an entirely different thing to be grateful for it.
There are two components of being a happier and a more fulfilled person. One is awareness and the other is gratitude for what you recognize.
I say this, with such pride, cause when I started to go to sleep at night, before sleeping, I would sit and think about my day. How it went. I was becoming aware of my daily routine. It was amazing to find that I always found something that “was good” in my life. Its amazing to do this DAILY, and then realize how life works. How we should be grateful of life itself.
Just the simple fact that you are here, is also because there is proof that YOU the READER wants to be positive in life. You wouldn’t be reading this if you didn’t feel the need to be REMINDED about your AWARENESS. Today you are learning something new.
This is an example of something good that come out of this. Knowledge, about how to deal with life, and forget the bad. Not to focus on the bad . You do realize, the more you focus on the bad and negative , well you attract that same kind. Be aware of your daily routine.
Get a dog, go out , walk, run and connect to nature. 3 years ago, before Clooney coming to my life , I didn’t appreciate nature as much. Or basically, didn’t ever connect with it. I loved the beach. But that’s about it. Now I can appreciate everything life has to offer, once you understand and feel how powerful nature can be when you are there with peace. Its amazing , 3 years I’ve been doing so many outside activities because of Clooney, and I feel I have finally understood what it means to get in touch with peace. (while writing this, I put down dog so many times instead of Clooney. I stopped and edited it. Its like saying, i got that thing. Apprciation goes a long way! )
My life has dramatically changed, when Clooney (my dog) entered my life. Truly amazing how these amazing souls, teach you things you could never imagine.
Positive state of mind, Unconditional Love, Calmness, and of-course, meditation with life in general. Those walks, roller-blade runs, with my thoughts, they just flow about my future. My visions, my reality they’ve been manifesting (visions) since then.
The power of thought is truly an amazing weapon for us to use for our own good, but also bad. That’s why we want to always focus on the Positives of life, and not the Negatives.
Once you begin to train your brain to be aware of all that you have and how blessed you are. When you focus on things you are grateful for, you will begin to see more things for which to be grateful appear in your life.
If someone told you to be grateful and more will be bestowed upon you, wouldn’t you at least give it a try for a couple of months? At least do it for a week! I did it daily, and still am doing it.
I’m actually rewired, however, some plugs get in the way, and I tend to forget, but believe me, I remind myself right that minute, so I can change that thought of mine before it leaves my “aura”. :p
Gratitude is a powerful tool of the mind. The more you are grateful and appreciative, the more you will have for which to be grateful. Say thank you to whatever you believe in. Look around you…. Everything you see around you, was ordered by you. Many of the times, you weren’t aware. You should go back in your life , and THINK. When you thought about it, and how you received it.
I hope this helps a few folks out there that are in need of a reminder. All things happen for a reason. Nothing is a coincidence. I can do it, you can too. Enjoy the rest of your day. Start focusing on what’s good in your life. Start changing your thought process from , I can’t, to I CAN. Maybe, to YES. I Might Win, to I WILL WIN….and so forth.
